Sun salutations can be done in so many ways. This one starts slow opening up the spine, shoulder and hip joints first, which leaves you well prepared for the more juicy part. José offers some variations for the Downward Dog Pose, to get a great stretch or to diminish the pressure in the shoulders and neck. The flow that follows consists of twists, side-body stretches, groin opening, standing poses to enhance strenght, back and forward bends to stimulate the spine.
