This Yin-Yang session is for pregnant women in their second trimester. You will start with deep belly breathing, which enhances the circulation and gives your baby all the oxygen and attention it needs. We’ll then warm up to release built up tensions in the spine, hips, ankles and feet. These movements will enhance the blood circulation, create more space for your baby and bring more oxygen through your body and to your baby. A series of standing poses follows, to strengthen the legs, pelvic and back muscles. Kegel exercises are also part of this sequence. In the final part you will release tension in the hamstrings, quadriceps, hips and spine. Finally options are given for Savasana.
