This Yang with a little Yin yoga session is great for strengthening your core, leg and back muscles, releasing tension in your hamstrings and buttocks. You will also twist your spine to liberate tension and open up your chest and shoulders. Everyone can benefit from this class. You can make this session more intense when you repeat the flow with Reversed Warrior in it at least 3 times on each side. This session is also great for women who have had a baby – advisable 4 to 5 months after birth. Then you can also add Kegel exercises while sitting, after Eye of the Needle Pose. This session leaves you feel energized, strong and open. Props needed: blanket, pillow, bolster, belt.
