This session will stimulate your digestive system and help to diminish constipation, bloating and indigestion. Through various long-held Yin poses you will apply deep belly breathing to massage the organs in order to improve your digestion. Becoming aware of tensions in your belly will also help you discover the origin of the tensions; stress, stuck emotions or shallow breathing. With that awareness, you can start making changes which will benefit your digestion.
This session will leave you feeling energetic, detoxified and open. As always, we finish the session with a guided Savasana. Everyone can benefit from this session. Different options are given for each pose, so you can adapt them to your needs. Props: blanket, blocks, bolster and/or pillow.
