Do you want to do yoga with your baby? Then this 30 minute session is great for your 6 – 9 month old baby and yourself. Together you start with tuning in and setting an intention for your time together. Then your baby will experience a small warm-up to enhance the digestion, blood circulation and to strengthen the leg muscles. While you are working your abdominal, back and leg muscles, your baby will practice balance and has fun being moved around by you. At the end you (try) to relax together. This session is a great way for you and your baby to spend time together and connect with each other, sharing joy and love. This sequence is inspired by Helen Purperhart, who writes great books on yoga with kids. Props: a thick blanket for your baby. For you: a blanket, pillow, blocks.
