In this short Yin session you quickly get rid of tensions in the back, lateral side of your body and the quads. The simple poses will calm your nervous system, pacify your breath and release overall stiffness. Great for those who build up tension in the back and legs. It can be done in the morning after waking up or any other time you need a quick fix.
