Spreading the training over 12 months is a very conscious choice. We find it important that trainees have time to practice, study and integrate. Time to play & explore! In this way you learn to reflect, build your self-confidence and embody what you have learned.
Moreover, a lot of things can come up during the RETREAT training. It takes time to digest this and actually break through old beliefs and patterns. The power lies in repetition, pulling yourself out of that comfort zone over and over again, so that you can grow on a personal and spiritual level.
Apart from the inner journey, this setup also gives room for gaining practical experience.
Physical and Energetic Profundity
By spreading the RETREAT training over time you have space to deepen your own practice and grow personally. During the first half of the RETREAT training we will mainly focus on the physical aspects (movements, skeleton and muscles) of Yin yoga. The second half will focus on the energetic, emotional and healing aspects (meridians, chi, organs & emotions) of Yin yoga, allowing you to teach and adjust all 35 Yin yoga postures in a safe and profound way and with greater skill.
Inward self-reflection and growth is an important aspect in this RETREAT training, you will turn inward and face who you are and why you do what you do.
The RETREAT training days are at the beautiful Location Venwoude. The arrival time on the first day of each Retreat is between 9&10 am. Each first RETREAT Training Day starts at 10am. So please make sure you are on time.
The last day of each Retreat finishes at 4.30pm, so you have enough time to get home.
You will receive the exact time schedule and content of the days by email after registration.
The setup of this Yin Yoga Anatomy & Meridians RETREAT Teacher Training meets the Yoga Alliance standards as specified on their website: www.yogaalliance.org.
