About
In my classes I combine Yin Yoga with mindfulness, meditation, Reiki, Acupressure, Meridian stimulation, Myofascia release techniques, Yoga Nidra and soft “flowy” or more yang like movements. I guide you inside to recharge and release, so that the life energy (Chi) can flow freely again. When the body is healthy and open; your mind finds ease and your spirit can travel freely. PERSONALISED THEMES It’s my aim to create personalised classes, suitable for everyone. Therefore I ask if there are any issues, injuries or requests at the start of each class, so I can build a class attuned to everyone’s needs. I allow myself then to be inspired by the moment. 😊 When I do plan a class ahead of time, I let you know more or less a week prior to the class date. I generally stick to the theme, but I will still adapt it if something else is needed. If you have a specific request or suggestion you can let me know in class or via email. To offer personalised options for poses, I would like to see you during the class. So please leave your camera on, if you feel comfortable with that. Preparation for class Class starts at 8pm CET, but I am online around 7.50PM. Join me early so we can say hi and check in on any requests or issues. At the end of the class I will leave some time for questions. Make sure you have enough space to practice and have the following props ready for class, if possible. a mat 1 pair of socks 4 tennis balls a belt a blanket 2 blocks a bolster or pillow If you have a free wall nearby that’s always good in case we need one. Class Recordings After the live class everyone who signed up will receive access to the downloadable recording for 3 days. So if you can’t make it live, then you can still enjoy the class later. 😊 If you are unable to download the recording within the 3 days, you can always email me and receive a non-expiring link. Language The classes are taught in English.
