In this long session, you will do Yin poses against a wall. Making use of the floor and the wall enables you to let go and stimulate your body deeply with the Yin poses. Using Simple Orbit, which orbits the energy from the heart down and back up gives an extra dimension to your practice while giving your hips, side body, back, and legs a nice stimulation. This session is great for those who have been on their feet all day, for those who need to wind down, for those who are pregnant or just because you feel like trying it out. If you are pregnant, don’t try to find a deeper edge as you are more flexible than normal. Different options and variations are offered. You will need: blanket, bolster, pillow and blocks.
