This long Yin session with a bit of yang, is great for those working a lot with their hands and or who sit a lot of hours behind a computer. You will receive a great stimulation for your hands, wrists, arms, shoulders, neck and chest. Also different variations are given for each pose, so you can adapt them to your needs.
Props needed: 2 blocks, blanket and a cushion.
