Most people suffer from stiff and painful shoulders. Why this happens varies per person. It can be because of emotional, mental and or physical reasons. In this short talk Jose explains how the muscles in the front (chest) and in the back (upper back and shoulders) should function properly in order to stay balanced. You will find out why knots and tensions occur in the shoulders, when the front of the body is too strong. She also explains what you need to strengthen and stretch in order to release tensions and to build up strength in the weak muscles.
