Do you want to diminish tensions in your shoulders? Then do this Yin and Yang practice after having watched the talk ‘Stiffness and mechanics of the shoulders’ explained (see below). In this session you will be strengthening and releasing tensions in the shoulders. Both are needed for a healthy functioning of the muscles surrounding the shoulders. This practice is for everyone and will leave you feel more open, stronger and relaxed in the upper body. Alternative options for each pose are given. Needed props: bolster, pillow, belt, blanket.
