In this one hour session you will combine yang with yin yoga. You start your practice slowly building up to a more dynamic flow which strengthens the legs and moves the spine. When you are all warmed up, you will wind down with yin poses which help release tensions in the hips and back and eventually end with a shavasana to experience the effects of this practice. This session is great in the morning before work or in the evening after work, or when you don’t have a lot of time to practice. There are different variations given, so you can adapt the poses to your own needs.
