This session will calm your mind, help you to connect with yourself and release tensions in the shoulders, neck, hips and back. We start with opening up built-up tensions in the upper body – a great way to free your mind from any worries and enable you to completely relax. Then we will target the hips and back by doing back- and forward bends. We finish the class with a dynamic twist variation and Savasana. Your breath will be guided during all the poses. Different options are given for each pose, so you can adapt them to your needs. Great session for those who tend to hold tensions in their upper body and want to become grounded again.
