Feel and enhance the chi in and around your body while you do specific movements with your fingers, arms, shoulders, back, ankles and toes. Opening up to the chi flow makes you aware of how everything is connected. After having moved the chi you continue with Yin poses to release tension in the back, legs, ankles and toes. This 30-minute sequence is great to give your whole body a chi boost in a short period of time. Everybody can benefit from this sequence – including postnatal women.
