In this session we explore different options for lying in Savasana, showing different arm and leg positions and the use of props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks and belts. Some simple adjustments are also given to enable you to lie more comfortably. At the end, when you have found your perfect position, you are offered a 10 minute guided Savasana. This session is great after each yoga practice, especially when you can’t find the right way to lie and relax in Savasana pose. Of course you can use this session just for the guided Savasana to enjoy a deep relaxation.
