This Yang session is, you could say, a different kind of Sun Salutation in which you are encouraged to place your hands and feet anywhere and experiment with the different poses to discover your own possibilities. The idea is that you feel the effect of the poses all over your body, but you have to experiment with them to get the effect in the area you want to experience it. You can make this session as long and sweaty as you want, just repeat it at least 3 times. It consists of: different kinds of Warrior poses, wide stance twists, and Downward Dog variations. This session is inspired by sequences from Suzee Grilley. It will leave you feeling energised, sweaty and freed. You can use this sequence as a different Sun Salutation option before going into a Yang practice. Props needed: blocks
