Join me for a Yin & Yang Yoga class on Zoom
I’m back offering Live Yoga Classes on Zoom! Join me on Friday, September 23rd at 8pm.
In this class we will beat worry and doubtful thoughts by observing them and then letting them go by remaining present in the moment. Not loosing energy to thoughts of the past or the future, but staying right here right now through allowing the practice to speak for itself.
Thoughts that can come up are for example
Am I flexible enough?
Am I good enough?
Am I strong enough?
Can I do it?
Am I worth it?
I should have done…
Why did I not do …?
We can let go of these thoughts by staying present and focusing on being grateful and feeling contentment in the moment instead of losing our minds in the worries that we have. We will boost our confidence in connecting with our own willpower. Connection to what it is that we are about and what we want to do.
To do this we will do some invigorating passes that will move the chi through the body. We will work the whole of the body with particular focus on opening up the area of the belly and spleen, which can really tense up when we tend to worry. Expect a class where I will combine Yin and Yang movements, Pranayama to assist in the process and a nice relaxation/mediation at the end.
Preparation for Class
Class starts at 8pm CET, but I am online around 7.50PM. Join me early so we can say hi and check in on any requests or issues. At the end of the class I will leave some time for questions.
