LIVE Yin Yoga – Reiki Class

with José de Groot & Jordi Ibern

 

A class to inspire relaxation, healing and connection

 

Together with Jordi Ibern I will be offering something new. We will offer a Yin yoga and Reiki class together, like we do on our annual retreats.

 

The class will consist of short explanation/introduction to Reiki. Then I will guide the Yin practice and Jordi will apply Reiki from a distance. We both will encourage you to do Reiki in certain areas during the practice as well. We will finish with a relaxation and end meditation.

 

We will be online at about 7:50 to say hello and you can share with us what it is you need.

 

Each class will be recorded. I will send you the link after the class, so you can enjoy it several times. 😊
Are you unable to join the class but you want to do it later? Then you can also purchase the class and like everyone else you will receive the link of the class.

 

How it works

This class will be live using Zoom. The time of the class is in Amsterdam time so if you are not in central Europe make sure you come at the right time. Once you have registered and paid – you will be given an email with instructions on how to join the Zoom class.

Please make sure you have enough space to practice – and if you have a free wall nearby that’s always good in case we need one 🙂

Try to arrange it that you have minimal distractions like your phone, partners and kids.
