Recharge your energy with Yin, Yang and Yoga Nidra

In this workshop you flow from Yang, to Yin and Yoga Nidra to fully Energize, Relax and Restore.

Winter is the perfect time to turn your attention inwards, to restore and recharge your energies. When you do this enough, according to Chinese medicine, you will have sufficient energy to start new plans, projects or ideas when Spring comes.

This yin & yang master class will aid you in this process of gathering and moving the energies within and around you, to leave you charged, restored and rested afterwards.


What to expect

We start with a Yang practice based on Qi Gong/Chi Kung, dance and yoga movements. You will move slow and mindful on the rhythm of your breath, which will give your body energy instead of depleting it.
 Gradually the flow is built up. Open up to new areas in your body with a functional, free and playful way of practicing, and release tensions and frustrations. José will take care everyone is able to do the poses in their own personalized way.

We dive deeper in the experience with a meditative Yin Yoga practice. Focusing on releasing in the lower and upper back, neck, hips and legs to recharge the kidneys, the home of your energy quality. We come deeper into our body and connect with our hearts. Allowing everything to be as it is, so your innate wisdom can come to the surface.
The poses can trigger intense effects, and if this occurs, José will be there to guide you, enabling you to get to the core of whatever may appear, and providing greater insight into your entire being.

At the end you will relax and surrender with a 30 minute guided Yoga Nidra practice, in which you will deeply rest with a lot of awareness. Going through the stages of body scan and breath awareness will calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health.


Let’s move our chi in a yin and yang way, then blissfully relax to come home to ourselves.




This master class is open to everyone. From experienced Yogis who want to deepen their own practice or teachings, to curious newcomers who want to recharge and learn how to regain control of their energy (e.g. in case of burn-out complaints). This master class leads to more relaxation and resilience in all your daily activities. At home, socially and at work.
