This week I will focus on the physical back and shoulders (also working with the balls), pranayama: deep breath and opening up your heart and allowing yourself to feel free.
In my classes I combine Yin Yoga with mindfulness, meditation, Reiki, Acupressure, Meridian stimulation, Myofascia release techniques, Yoga Nidra and soft movements.
I guide you inside to recharge and release, so that the life energy (Chi) can flow freely again.
You can say hello and leave a comment at about 7.50PM before the class, to let me know what it is you need. I will keep that in mind during the class. At the end of the class I will be available for questions.
Please make sure you have enough space to practice and have a mat, two socks and 4 tennis balls, a belt, a blanket, two blocks, a bolster or pillow ready before the class. If you have a free wall nearby that’s always good in case we need one.
I would like to see you during the class, so I can offer personalised options for poses. Therefore please leave your camera on.
