— Free class: Coming home to yourself — Release tension in upper back, chest & neck

This class is an invitation to gently return to yourself — to soften into presence, listen inwardly, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom of your body and heart. Through mindful awareness and the use of your senses, José guides you to turn inward to allow what needs to be felt or seen to gently surface. To support this connection with heart-opening asanas, nourishing breathwork, and a full-body practice that releases tension and creates space — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Expect gentle movements and longer holds to ease tension in the upper body and neck, open the chest and inner legs, stretch the back body, and create space for the breath. With each pose, you’re invited to listen, feel, and soften — to be guided not by performance, but by presence.
